Surviving Divorce
As part of my own personal journey, I completed a program called Surviving Divorce. This experience gave me meaningful insight into the emotional, mental, and practical challenges that often come with navigating a major life transition.
Through this program, I gained tools and perspectives that continue to inform the way I support clients who may be going through similar experiences. While I do not offer this program myself, I recognize the value it can provide and may recommend it as an additional resource for those who feel it could support their healing and growth.
If you are currently navigating a divorce or significant life change, you don’t have to go through it alone. There are supportive resources available, and together we can also create a path forward that feels steady, intentional, and aligned with the life you want to build.

Certification & Training
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches. My training included the application of the IAPRC Code of Ethics and the core competencies established by the International Coach Federation, ensuring a professional, ethical, and client-centered coaching approach.
Through my certification, I developed skills in guiding clients through structured coaching conversations, supporting self-discovery, goal setting, and forward-focused action. My training also included practical coaching experience, business development foundations, and the integration of evidence-based coaching techniques.
This professional foundation allows me to provide a supportive, results-oriented coaching experience grounded in recognized industry standards.

Art of Living
As part of my personal growth journey, I immersed myself in a retreat experience at the Art of Living Retreat Center, where I explored practices centered around meditation, self-care, and nourishing, mindful living.
This experience deepened my understanding of how intentional practices can support emotional well-being, clarity, and balance in everyday life. In addition, I have maintained a consistent yoga and mindfulness practice for the past four years under the guidance of Stephanie from Murana. Through this ongoing practice, I have learned the value of slowing down, tuning into the body, and creating space for reflection and restoration.
Together, these experiences have shaped the way I support my clients—integrating simple, grounding practices that encourage self-connection, presence, and a more intentional way of living.

Tools for Self Discovery
As part of my coaching approach, I incorporate a variety of thoughtfully selected tools and assessments to support self-discovery, clarity, and meaningful progress.
These may include exercises such as the Wheel of Life, values-based assessments, and guided reflection tools like the Bull’s-Eye Values Survey and the Wisconsin Core Values Exercise. I may also incorporate goal-setting frameworks such as SMART goals, along with other structured exercises designed to help you better understand your priorities, strengths, and patterns.
Each tool is used with intention and tailored to your unique situation, providing a deeper level of insight and helping guide our work together. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I use these resources as supportive guides—helping you reconnect with yourself, explore what truly matters, and identify small, intentional steps you can take to move forward with confidence.
