Pre-Lab Requirements are noted as "Part 1" in your syllabus under RTE in the chart about grading. Includes:
Title
Purpose
Materials with a Labeled Illustration of the "set up" (do NOT draw out every small item on the materials list, just list things that are not in your illustration)
Procedural Summary (Only list the steps with enough detail that someone can pick up your lab report and repeat the experiment exactly as you have performed it. You will check off the procedure as you do the lab to ensure that you did not miss a step.)
Part 2 will be completed as you are conducting the lab and analyzing data. However, sometimes you will be asked to prepare a data table of your own design based on the lab and the items that need to be measured. For this lab, the company has already provided the data table. Lucky you!
